Following a whole year group event, a team of Year 5 pupils represented our school at the K’Nex Challenge finals.
This was very exciting as they competed against 13 other schools in Bromley. The challenge was very tricky, as they had to build a mechanism to lift a shoe higher than a piece of A4 paper, which included designing and creating! The judges commented how they used amazing teamwork, and how each member of the group knew what they were doing at each given time. When they presented their mechanism it managed to lift the shoe off of the table!
Well done to the group. They really enjoyed their morning, and represented our school excellently.
